Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take for my artwork to arrive?
Processing time will vary as original pieces need to be carefully packaged and couriered, and prints are produced to order. I will always endeavour to get your artwork to you within one week of ordering but please bear with me if there are slight delays.
If you need the item to arrive by a certain date (e.g. for a gift) please contact me and I will do my best to get it to you in time.
Is P&P included?
The cost of postage and packaging is included in the prices listed for prints of all sizes. Originals, however, require special packaging and will need to be couriered so the cost is therefore added at the checkout. It will be either £10 or £20 depending on the size of the artwork.
All items will be sent with tracked delivery, either through Royal Mail first class or Parcel Monkey courier service.
For orders outside of the UK, I will need to explore postage options so please contact me directly for an estimate of the additional cost.
Will you accept returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately I am unable to offer returns or exchanges due to the cost of production, packaging and postage.
In the unlikely event that your item is damaged when it arrives, then please contact me directly with photo evidence of the damage and I will arrange a refund or exchange where appropriate.
Do you do commissions?
I am happy to do commissions for abstract artwork, where you are able to specify dimensions and colour schemes.
Unfortunately I won’t take on a commission that isn’t within my style range but I have many talented artists in my network that I can recommend.
